Vivum was organized into three lines of business: Commercial Real Estate Software, Investment Advisory Services and Outsourcing Consultancy. Vivum’s software was deployed to clients who manage, budget, and reforecast more than 2,000 properties and $1 billion in annual revenue with Vivum’s ASP applications. Once the company was established, his group managed the asset managers’ objectives and sought to maximize portfolio and asset-level yield and return by adding value through closely monitoring asset-level business plan activities, including lease-up projects, marketing, value enhancement, and dispositions. The Trillium portfolio mix included office buildings, industrial buildings, multi-family projects, and specialty-use buildings. Mr. Lee successfully helped Goldman Sachs & Co. sell Trillium to Land Securities in 2001. The Trillium deal was the runner-up Goldman Sachs deal of the year in 2007. Mr. Lee was seconded to Trillium from Archon Group LP, a Goldman Sachs & Co. company, where he was Vice President in the Real Estate Investment Division.

Upon completion of the training program, Mr. Lee entered the Commercial Real Estate division, specializing in the resolution of “troubled” real estate loans and properties for the bank. He then joined the J.E. Robert Companies which specialized in the troubled loans and created a multi-billion dollar fund named the Whitehall Fund with Goldman Sachs & Co. as the client. After three years working exclusively with the Goldman Sachs & Co., Mr. Lee moved over to Goldman Sachs’ Archon Group LP until 2001.
Mr. Lee was born in Houston, Texas, and currently resides in Austin, Texas. During his career he has also lived in England and Switzerland. Prior to Emory, he attended the Lawrenceville School in Princeton, New Jersey. Mr. Lee is married and has four children.
