Austin Rubber and ILSCO Announce Manufacturing Partnership

AUSTIN, TEXAS and CINCINNATI, OHIO (November 22, 2013). Austin Rubber Company LLC (“Austin Rubber”) and ILSCO announced today the formation of a manufacturing partnership to support the growth of Austin Rubber’s business producing high-quality recycled rubber, APX™. Austin Rubber, a leader in high-quality recycled rubber compounds, appointed ILSCO to its Advisory Board as Manufacturing Advisor, and ILSCO has made a strategic investment in Austin Rubber. In its advisory role, ILSCO will provide Austin Rubber with support in developing its first commercial scale manufacturing plant, including operations, logistics and human resource advisory support. As part of the new relationship, Austin Rubber and ILSCO also announced that Austin Rubber will locate its first commercial-scale plant at ILSCO’s facility in Greenville, PA.
