Thomas H. B. Symons Joins GSE’s Strategic Advisory Group

THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS (March 01, 2010). Green Source Energy LLC (“GSE”) announced today the addition of Thomas H. B. Symons, C.C., O.Ont., FRSC, LL.D., to the Strategic Advisory Group. “It gives me great pleasure that Professor Thomas Symons has joined our Advisory team,” said GSE’s Chief Executive Officer, Fitz Lee. “Professor Symons’ extensive career dedicated to teaching and research in the areas of education, public affairs, heritage conservation, human rights and international affairs, will be globally beneficial to the success of our company,” continued Lee. “We are confident his guidance and expertise will be invaluable in introducing our LIQUEX™ technology, particularly to the Canadian oil sands market.”

Professor Symons is the founding President and Vanier Professor Emeritus of Trent University. He served as Chair of the Commission on Canadian Studies that produced To Know Ourselves, the landmark report on the state of teaching and research about Canada in many fields. Professor Symons’ work in education, human rights, heritage conservation and international relations has received national and international recognition, including honorary degrees from 14 universities and colleges across Canada and beyond.
